BEACH KEY DISTRIBUTION:
Any Dover Shores Homeowner who did not receive a NEW beach key for Larry’s Beach and
North Star Beach when they were distributed last month can pick one up at the
next two Tuesday Night BBQs at Larry’s Beach, – July 25 and August 1 between 6:00 p.m.. and 7:00 p.m.
To receive a key, please bring a picture ID with your Dover Shores address.
If your residence is titled in the name of a trust, business, or other entity which does not include your name:
- Please also bring proof that you are associated with the name on title.
Please also note that only homeowners current on their HOA dues will be eligible to receive a replacement key.
Each Dover Shores address is entitled to one key. Lost keys can be replaced at a
cost of $100 by contacting BHE Management Co.
BBQ NEWS:
July 25 – No one volunteered to host on this date. Instead of cancelling, Social Chair Tate Luesebrink has
arranged for food to be provided by TK Burgers who will serve hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and salads.
August 1 – The BBQ will be hosted this night by your Dover Shores HOA Board. The tentative menu will be pasta.
HELP! EVERYONE ATTENDING IS ASKED TO PLEASE CLEAN UP THE AREA YOU ARE USING, AND USE THE TRASH CANS ON THE PREMISES.
