Board Candidates Needed
Support your community by participating in our board of directors.
Our Board members meet bi-monthly on the third Tuesday of the month, and meetings generally last about 2 hours.
The real work of the Board takes place on the Committees, and all Board members serve on one of more committees:
Architecture, Beach, Communications, Landscape, Legal, Social, CERT and Welcome Committees.
The Board oversees the work of our Management Company, BHE Management and is the voice of the Dover Shores
Community. The Board works to improve our neighborhood, and resolve any issues that might arise in trying to
make this a better community. The Board members are all volunteers who serve on the Board because they want
to make a difference in the community in which they live. We need everyone!

it is reprinted below.
Beach Key Distribution
Because a quite a number of our Dover Shores homeowners were able to receive new beach keys over the last 2 Tuesdays, we will continue to issue replacement keys during the Tuesday Night BBQs for the rest of August – August 8, 15, 22, and 29.
So any Dover Shores Homeowner who has not yet received a NEW beach key for Larry’s Beach and North Star Beach when they were distributed in June can pick one up during the next four Tuesday Night BBQs at Larry’s Beach between 6:00 p.m.. and 7:00 p.m.
To receive a key, please bring a picture ID with your Dover Shores address.
If your residence is titled in the name of a trust, business, or other entity which does not include your name:
Please also bring proof that you are associated with the name on title.
Please also note that only homeowners current on their HOA dues will be eligible to receive a replacement key.
Each Dover Shores address is entitled to one key. Lost keys can be replaced at a cost of $100 by contacting BHE Management Co.
BBQ News
Our traditional end of summer Fiesta Party will take place again this year on Sunday, September 10, from 5 – 7p.m.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! EVERYONE ATTENDING THE BEACH BBQS OR USING THE BEACH IS ASKED TO PLEASE CLEAN UP THE AREA YOU ARE USING, CLOSE YOUR UMBRELLAS WHEN YOU LEAVE, AND USE THE TRASH CANS ON THE PREMISES.
